About us

FIRKL 11 is a modern football agency dedicated to the development, representation, and promotion of talented players worldwide. Our mission is to provide athletes with professional support at every stage of their careers — from their first steps on the pitch to major transfers and performances at the highest level.

The idea of founding the first FIRKL agency originated from my father, a professional footballer and licensed coach, whose passion for the game became the foundation of our family vision. His knowledge and experience are deeply embedded in the core of the FIRKL agency.

Zagor Pekez, the son of the founder, continues the family tradition and now leads FIRKL 11. He has been actively involved in the football industry since 2009, building a strong network of contacts and partnerships across Europe and beyond.

FIRKL 11 connects the right people at the right time. Transparency, loyalty, and a long-term strategy form the foundation of our approach. We treat every player individually, as we believe that every career is unique.
